Summary: Everything was painted a dark green/black. No ventilation in the bathroom so there is no way for towels to dry completely. Door to apt sticks badly. I am a Senior w/ disabilities and I would not recommend this to anyone in with disabilities. You have to park on a Very steep hill in front of the house, walk around the side of the house & around back on a walkway of loose stones, through the laundry room & hopefully you are strong enough to open the apartment door. WiFi is in and out. Landlord is nice I just don't think they thought everything through when they put this efficiency apt together.
