Bedroom... two full baths,an outside shower, hard wood floors throughout the house, completely furnished in the prime area of Scarborough Beach. Sun room has a queen size futon. Just a 300-foot walk to Scarborough Beach. Enjoy the waves of the Atlantic and large boardwalk and pavilion area, walk the rocks and fish off Black Point. Stay home in the new central AC 2024, relax on the upper ocean view deck, and relax in the covered sun room with AC or lounge in the backyard of this home. Just a short walk to the neighborhood children playground, tennis courts, and basketball court. Just bring your beach towels and we have 4 beach chairs for you to use, everything else is here for you, including linens/Towels. Your home away from home includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, 2 TVs with cable, DVD player , washer/dryer, and 3 ceiling fans. Ocean view from the family room and kitchen. The deck includes outdoor furniture and a gas grille.
