Summary: We loved staying here. The location is great. There are multiple outdoor spaces outside the house to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine. The place was super clean and nicely appointed. I loved having the extra spices in the cupboard and the water filter pitcher. The king bed and pillows were so comfortable. We could walk to the Mission, the Santa Barbara Bowl (which is great because parking is a challenge), and the beautiful hotel up the road. The bathrooms had everything we needed - soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. One note: there are a total of 24 steps to get up to the front door. Jennifer, our host, was a delight to work with. She was super responsive if we had a question and gave us some great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. We rent a lot and I give this place a thumbs up.
