Positive: Sea Scapes is our go-to place on the island. This is our first time in this particular condo, and we had a comfortable, relaxing time in this well-appointed unit. The owner was particularly attentive and helpful. We would stay in this unit again. 'Had a great experience.
Negative: There was nothing that we particularly did not like. However, instead of a couch, there is a day bed in the living room. While that was helpful when it came time for everyone to go to sleep, it was not particularly comfortable to sit on at other times. The one chair in the living room was not very comfortable either. Although the owner has no control over this, the one thing I constantly complain about is the hidden fees in these types of places. The stated price can double or more after all of the fees are added. It would be enormously helpful if these places just advertised the real price per night.
