With room for the whole family, this waterfront oasis is perched on Santa Barbara's esteemed Shoreline Dr. & has sweeping ocean views from multiple rooms, backyard & hot tub! This beautiful home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, an open concept living & kitchen area, & a manicured yard over the ocean. Feel far away as you watch the sun rise & set with views of the Pacific Ocean & Channel Islands, while being centrally located to Santa Barbara's best restaurants, beaches & activities.
Enter the home and you are immediately swept away! The foyer opens up to a grand open-concept living area, dining room and kitchen all with sweeping ocean views out of large sliding glass doors. The living room is comfortable and accommodating with a large tv and plenty of seating, and it opens up to a beautiful full kitchen with updated appliances and a dining area for eight.
Make yourself comfortable in one of the 4 spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a king sized bed and giant sliding glass doors that open up to a patio and ocean view. The primary bedroom also offers a walk in closet and spacious en suite bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub for a luxurious stay!
The three additional bedrooms have comfortable queen sized beds. Enjoy an ocean view out of french doors from one of the guest bedrooms, while another bedroom offers a garden view and en suite bathroom.
Off the kitchen you will find a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use.
The spacious yard is designed for your leisure with sweeping ocean views! There are many spaces to enjoy your day: a dining table by the cliff's edge to enjoy the sunrise with your coffee, chaise lounges on the patio to relax in the sun during the day, seating around a fire pit for enjoying your pre-dinner cocktail and a large outdoor dining area for 8 for an al fresco dinner! Don't forget the manicured yard for kids to play on and the hot tub with a view nestled into the cliff's edge. This is your ultimate house for a Santa Barbara getaway!
When you rent this house, you will have access to the entire home, except the garage. There are no shared spaces with any other guests, this is a single family home.

Summary: After spending the month of July in Southern California for years, we decided to try the Central Coast, and now we are hooked! The vibe, restaurants, friendly faces, farmers, and fishermen's markets are so charming and fantastic. The house, though, is the real hook! The view of the ocean and the layout of the house are simply amazing. To wake up every morning to the sights, sounds, and smells of the water is surreal. The house is filled with comforts of home and availability to cook in or wander down the hill to all the Santa Barbara has to offer. We fell in love with our experience and will head back next summer, too! Danielle, the property manager, along with Jose the gardener and even the spa guy were all so warm and welcoming! We give this rental 5 stars!!
