October 1st through March 31st,dogs are allowed on the beach during all hours.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sand By Me at Carolina Beach. We had 17 family members and had plenty of room. The house was clean and well kept. Both kitchens were well stocked with anything that we needed. Our family could not come the entire week. I was very appreciative that we could rent the house for part of the week. It is a great location. I look forward to staying there again.
