Positive: Very close to the beach. Just three houses down. Comfy bed, well stocked kitchen and a big deck.
Negative: No grill or outside table. no blinds for privacy or dark. Low windows made the view to the ocean hard to see for a tall person. Would have been nice to have a couple comfy chairs upstairs to enjoy the view.
Summary: Great spot in a fun town with a few coasty quirks.
