Positive: I can say without exaggeration that this was the best host I have had dealings with. From the moment of booking to departure, the response time was so quick. Friendly and accommodating. The apartment is simple, bright, and lovely with a beautiful view from all the rooms across the bay, situated in a good location. Especially for those who enjoy a good walk, it's a nice distance from the city centre. There's a shop right around the corner, which is open 7 days a week where you can find most necessities. What I greatly appreciate was the folder they provide with all sorts of practical information to make your stay easier: how to get around; where to buy tickets; recommendations for shops and restaurants in the direct vicinity, etc. The list goes on and in several languages. Of course, you can look up a lot yourself, but this certainly makes it easier having tips from locals. (Tip: highly recommend the restaurant "Geographia" at the end of the street) I can only recommend this apartment. Ideal for a stay with 4 guests. We had extra guests for a few days, which was doable because of our relationship, but I would say for comfort, keep it to a maximum of 4 guests.
Negative: There's really nothing that I didn't like. We are practical and easy-going so our demands are not high. This was good for us. The only thing I will mention in case it is a deal breaker for someone else is the size of the bathroom, of which there is only one. It's small but serves it purpose, but I could imagine it being a deal breaker for someone who needs their space in this regard.
Summary: Really nice apartment / well hosted.
