There are also outdoor games available such as an oversize Jenga and Bean Bag Toss for outside fun!

Rule violations are subject to immediate eviction.
NO PETS. Due to allergies, pets are not allowed. If you enter the home with ANY animal, you will be advised to leave/relocate immediately. The door code changed immediately. No exceptions.
NO ADDED GUESTS OUTSIDE THE BOOKING.
Be sure to include the accurate guest count for all guests entering the home.
Any persons not designated for reservation or outside sneaking in will be in violation and will be treated as a trespasser and all guests on the reservation will be evicted immediately. Refunds/credits will NOT be provided/fees charged will result in the event that you/your guests require removal from the property. You are responsible for your guests at all times during your stay. You will be held financially responsible for any and all damages incurred on/to the property and its contents during your stay.
Pool home: Children must be supervised on property at all times.
Backyard: No diving into the pool. The pool is only 5 feet deep. No horseplay in the backyard.
*Spa is inoperable. NO SPA USE. Do not enter hot tub. Do not tamper with hot tub controls or remove cover. You will be evicted if this rule is violated.
Sandals/water shoes required in the patio area, floors in patio can be very slippery. Please use paved walkways only.
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND (including vaping). Smoking is not allowed inside the home or anywhere on the property, including the front and backyard. We understand that people smoke but do not allow it at our home. If neighbors report and send pictures, you will be asked to leave immediately. This home was rented by you as a non-smoking home. These rules have been established PRIOR to you renting it. There will be no exceptions and your contract will be cancelled immediately.
If cigarette butts are found in backyard or anywhere on property after your stay, a $100 fee will be charged.
SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY WILL BE REPORTED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT.
NO DRUG USE. Any and all form of illegal drug use is strictly prohibited. No exceptions!
NO GLITTER/CONFETTI/CANDLES/FIREWORKS. If neighbors or cleaning crews report any of the above listed, you will be charged additional fees. No exceptions. You will be evicted if using fireworks on the property.
White Towels: All white towels are for indoor use and bathing purposesy. Please do not use white towels or colored beach/bath towels for cleaning floors, counters, spills/messes. We like to keep our white towels bright and white for our tenants. There are colored pool towels available for pool/home use only. Microfiber towels/sanitizing agents available for cleaning under all sinks.

We are not a hotel and certain conduct that may be tolerated at hotels and resorts are not acceptable here. To enjoy access to our quiet community, guests must agree to comply with the rules which are provided as a part of this reservation policy.
QUIET HOURS are to be observed between SUNSET AND SUNRISE. No loud music after 10pm. This is NOT a party home. This location is intended as a retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. Noise should not be so loud as to disturb the quiet enjoyment of others in the community. Any loud behaviors and/or music may result in the removal of you and your guests by management and the Bullhead City Police department.
If you’re looking to “party hard,” you’ll be disappointed as this will not be tolerated. BHC Police Dept. will not tolerate law-breaking in this community.
No glass outside. No glass containers into the pool/patio area. Broken glass can cause injury.
Please secure all doors opened or closed as the winds can cause damage.
Children under 18 must be supervised while at the property. Do not allow children to be left unattended in bathtubs/backyard.
Close and tie umbrellas after use and nightly. Winds will cause damage.
Pool serviced on Thursday mornings. You may see a nice gentleman enter backyard to keep our pool sparkling for you.
**In case maintenance issues occur, you may be notified of any service required on the property that requires a service person/company to enter property to fix or repair any issues. We apologize in advance if any unforeseen issues that could occur.
Trash day is Wednesday mornings. If staying between Tuesday-Wednesday, trash must be taken out to street Tuesday night. Trash is picked up early (6am) Wednesday morning. Please bring in trash bins on Wednesday.
Cold water may run warm/hot in hot weather months due to hot pipes. This is common in this area. Run cold water for a few minutes, but water still doesn’t get that cold during hot months.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in toilets. Plunger available in master bathroom.
Not responsible/liable for any injuries, drowning, or death on-premises/property.
