3 Bedroom Place in Deptford, London
Our beautiful, Victorian terraced (circa 1890), family home in South East London. Situated on a quiet, safe residential road and just one stop from London Bridge (6 min on the train) and a short walk from both New Cross and Deptford stations. Surrey Quays and Canada Water stations are also just a short bus ride. Deptford is one of Time Out's coolest 'up and coming' places. There's always lots going on and bars and restaurants to enjoy.
This is a beautiful victorian terrace 3 bedroom property whose furnishings have been chosen and created by us. The house has a separate lounge area a dining area, a separate kitchen and a conservatory which is perfect if you plan to cook and like having company!
There is a comfy sofa in the living area and an additional armchair for guests to use where you can put your feet up in the evenings, kick back and relax!
The kitchen will have everything you need in it such as all the basic condiments, and as an added extra we make sure that there is also always plenty of tea, coffee and sugar so that you can make yourself a traditional British cuppa in the morning! There are also all the mod-cons such as toaster and kettle etc that you might expect. We really want to ensure that you have a comfortable stay here in London!
There are three double bedrooms upstairs ( there are about 10/15 steps on the stairs). The second bedroom is a sofa bed. All the bedrooms are spacious with stylish homely touches. There is also plenty of storage space for guests to store all their belongings.
Finally, the bathroom will always come stocked with plenty of white fluffy towels and all the essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap that you need to ensure that you have a comfortable stay in London. The bathroom also has a bath for guests to use so you can soak, unwind and relax after a long day of sightseeing or business!
Within the house, there is also a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board so that you can look fresh for exploring the city or for any business meetings!
