About this space
This newly renovated modern property with a large private garden and unique mood lighting in the downstairs rooms is located a 20 minute drive from Birmingham City Centre. Large driveway at the front of the property with space for 3 cars makes this an ideal home from home for contractors or families coming to enjoy all Birmingham has to offer. The local area has some shops for your convenience just a short walk from the property and the transport links to the City Centre are superb.
The space
The open plan living dining is a bright and airy space to eat or relax and unwind after a long day. A modern and comfortable sofa in the living room also pulls out to become a sofa bed. A 40” Smart TV with all the streaming apps downloaded is tucked in the corner of the room for cosy night under the mood lighting. Just log in with your details and enjoy your home from home.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make breakfasts, lunches or dinners, with a microwave, oven, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer. Pots and pans are also in the property as well as crockery and utensils.
Upstairs there are 3 newly refurbished bedrooms, 2 doubles and a single room. Each room has a good amount of storage for your belongings varying from under bed drawers, dressing tables and bedside tables. All the beds have fresh, hotel quality linen and towels ready for your stay.
The modern bathroom has a bath with a shower and complimentary toiletries.

Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
ENERGY USAGE - Please be responsible with energy usage during the colder months. Any excess usage will be charged back to the guest. If the heating is left on when you check out, there will be a £75 charge so please make sure it is switched off on exit.
