SELF CHECK IN
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note: You will be charged £100.00 for lost keys, broken keys and call outs, so please be careful with them. A charge will also be applied if guests check themselves in early or check out late without permission as this will cause disruption to our cleaner’s schedule. Please do not forget to place the keys back in the key safe on your departure or this will also result in a charge.
CLEANING/ LINEN
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay.
Linen and bedding is not provided for the travel cot, please bring your own if required.
We will also provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet roll, travel size shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and can recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more when you are settled in.
TV
The Smart TV does not have access to regular/ Freeview channels. Only on-demand apps available. You will need to use your own login details to access the on-demand apps such as Netflix and Prime.
PARKING
There is free street parking on the street outside the property and neighboring streets. Although this is not guaranteed, guests have always found a spot outside or within a two minute walk. Please always be sure to check street signs.
WOOD BURNING STOVE
There is a log burner in the living room. You are welcome to make use of this but please use responsibly. Please note you will need to provide your own fuel as we cannot guarantee any will be left in the house hold. Please only purchase logs and fire lighters that are suitable for a wood burning stove. Full instructions and safety measures will be provided in the guest manual.
