The space
I'm very excited to welcome guests to my modern and stylish terraced house which I hope is the beginning of a memorable stay in Whitley Bay. This terraced house is perfectly located in a busy seaside town with easy access to the beach located only a 5 minute walk away. The property has been thoroughly furnished with a combination of style and comfort in mind. The property is filled with quirky ornamental accents to create a memorable property for my guests.
My property sleeps a maximum of 8 guests (4 double bedrooms). It is located 25 minutes from Newcastle City center and about 35 minutes from Newcastle Airport. There are several bus links connecting guests to various coastal towns such as Tynemouth and Cullercoats as well as a metro link. Whitley Bay will be your closest station only a 10 minute walk from the property.
Ground Floor
A private on street front door leads into a hallway connecting the ground floor of the house. From the hallway you can enter the large living room at the front of the house as well as a dining area with a table and chairs providing views to the rear garden. A modern stylish kitchen can be located at the rear of a house with a secret doorway to a downstairs toilet and utility area. The rear garden is accessible from the kitchen area.
Second Floor
Upstairs you will find 4 double bedrooms all connecting to the central landing area. The main bathroom and a separate single toilet is located on the second floor also.
Exterior
The rear garden consists of a decking area with seats provided as well as a section of artificial grass. The garden is well situated to enjoy some sunshine while relaxing with friends or family.
This is a pet friendly home with space for them to stretch their legs in the garden. A parking permit is available for free on street parking. A car park is located only a 5 minute walk away if there are any additional vehicles or you can park in the street. Parking charges will apply.
We provide complimentary travel sized bottles of shampoo / conditioner, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Sainsbury's local only a 5 minute walk away.

PARKING
The street parking is by permit only. I am able to provide a parking permit for one car foreach night of your stay. If you have a second car you can pay for parking in the street or there is a carpark 5 minute walk from the property.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
