Located within one of the most sought after postcodes within the City, this superb apartment is situated right in the centre of Birmingham. This newly built apartment, situated across 2 floors, has been designed to a very high standard by a local designer. This is to include designer modern furniture & wall art, alongside a High End Kitchen, to include a Dishwasher & washer dryer. Wind down with all the essentials you'd need for a perfect night in, cutlery alongside all kitchen essentials are provided if you'd like to enjoy a beautiful home cooked meal.
The bathroom is a luxurious marble haven and equipped with fresh soft towels and toiletries. The bedrooms compliments with a large bed, to compliment the large loft ceilings and custom fit-out. Several choices of pillow. Duvets and blankets provided with fresh sheets and bedding.
The kitchen area is well equipped with all brand new built in appliances. there is a kettle, toaster and microwave to of course, alongside all the cutlery you may require.
The living area consists of a comfortable designer sofa, a smart 4k flat screen TV with free view and Netflix. Super fast Internet is available free throughout the property.
