Summary: We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great get-away in the mountains. The hot tub was the best experience ever. It was so perfect when we arrived. The temp was right on for a relaxing spa. We are not super tech savvy and had to call on John to help us set the cabin temperature, but he responded immediately. We also had an issue with the TV but once again, John was excellent in helping us. We give 5-stars to John and Carmen.
