It was completely renovated in 2019, in a minimal mid century style. The home is extremely comfortable and easy to use with new state of the art appliances, heated gunite, saltwater pool and upgraded air conditioning. The open plan kitchen opens onto a beautiful mahogany deck with outdoor dining and views of the pool, garden and the nature preserve. The property is a short walk to a community beach where kayaks and paddle board are provided for your use. The house is extremely child friendly and safe, with a fenced in pool and quiet cul de sac.
