Summary: This is a review more of the building in which the VRBO was located and not the condo itself. The first evening we were there, a huge thunderstorm hit Dallas which was fabulous to watch from the floor to ceiling windows in the 6th floor condo. Unfortunately, the building has a policy that they shut off the elevators during a thunderstorm, after which they were no longer operable. We were expecting family from the local area to join us in the condo, including my 83 year old mother in law. Since the elevators did not work, we had to gather in lobby of the condo building, rather than in comfort of the condo itself. This was annoying, but what if she was staying in the condo? That would have been completely unacceptable as she would not have been able to manage going up and down 6 flights of stairs. Even more concerning, the elevators were not operable until the evening of the NEXT DAY. So 0 stars for the building itself. The condo was exactly as advertised and in a great location. There are several highways around the condo so there is continuous traffic noise in the background, but you are in a city so that is to be expected. One disappointment was the bath towels, they only supplied the minimum number as there were not extras and the towels themselves were so old, many were almost threadbare. A trip to Target was contemplated at one point in the stay. Overall, a great condo but very unfortunate experience with the building itself.
