This luxurious and spacious penthouse is located directly near the Kreischberg ski area, in a new and modern Alpine holiday resort, in the particularly versatile Murau-Kreischberg holiday region. Within walking distance you can reach the lifts and slopes. Also the centre of the friendly village of Sankt Lorenzen, with its cosy shops and restaurants, can easily be reached on foot. The local train stops directly behind the resort.
The penthouse is luxurious and tastefully decorated and has a huge balcony with sauna and terrace from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain world. There are three bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. There is also a second bathroom and a separate toilet. There is a fully modern open plan kitchen, cosy dining area and living room. The penthouse can accommodate 8 guests. The holiday resort has a parking garage where 2 parking spaces are reserved for the penthouse.
In both summer and winter this region is the ideal place for the active guests. Experience the peace and quiet mountainworld as this region has not yet been discovered by mass tourism. You can still enjoy the pure Austrian friendliness and numerous traditions. In terms of nature, the region is incredibly beautiful and full of traditions.
In winter there is a fantastic and snow-sure family ski area with over 40 km of pistes and modern lifts for your feet. The Funpark belongs to the absolute top of the world! Every year big competitions are organised here. For cross-country skiers and winter hikers there are plenty of opportunities here. Fancy tobogganing? That's also possible here!
In summer a visit to the beautiful medieval town of Murau is highly recommended. Here you will find many nice shops and terraces. Besides beautiful walks in the mountains, you can also walk or cycle along the Murradweg. This is a famous cycle path along the river Mur through the region
