Penthouse in the walking street area (50 meters), with sunny southern terrace. This is a stylishly furnished, newly renovated apartment with elevator. Its as nice as it gets in Szczecin, and we added some amenities to match the lovely apartment: free high speed WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen and tv with plenty of English channels. It is possible to park on the street for a daily fee of 6 Euro (weekends exempt). We try to meet all guests and hand out keys in person.
The space
The apartment has one master bedroom. The two sleeping sofa's are in the open combined living room/Kitchen areas. There are thus sleeping spots for a total of 6 guests and a small child, 3x2 + one crib.
From the elevator, its required to walk a set of stairs with roughly 10 steps to reach the penthouse.
Parking on the street:
Simply pay by the hour or day, Mon-Fri, 08:00 - 18:00. Weekends are free of charge. On normal week days, it’s not a problem to park there, or even leaving the car on the street overnight. However, Friday and Saturday nights it may be recommendable to park in a safer place, as a lot of partying people will be in the area.
Its also possible to park for free in the backyard. However, its all a little "wild west" down there, so its not something we can recommend.
Check in / Check out times / Late check-in fee:
Check in is between 15:00 and 22:00, whereafter our local hostess will charge a late check-in fee of 15 Euro (EUR or PLN), payable in cash at the time of check-in.
Check out is before 11:00. However, if no new guests are coming, we usually allow check out a little later. Feel free to ask.
Additional cleaning:
If you would like cleaning done during your stay, we have a cleaner who can come.
The charge, based on 4 guests, is 35 Euro for a full cleaning of the house/kitchen, new linens etc.. Call us or send an email, preferable a day before.
