Cozy newly remodeled One Bedroom Suite in Sunny Desert Hot Springs, aka Spa City. I would like to welcome people from all walks of life. This is a Perfect getaway for Couples or Singles. This One bedroom Suite is warm and pleasant with an intimate touch. Everyone is invited to come and enjoy our easy laid-back desert lifestyle. Actually, I would love it if my place became your next little hideaway on your next VISIT TO THE DESERT.
The entire place is yours, you have your own Private entrance. The Modish Decorum is aesthetically designed to make you feel right at home. A comfortable full size bed with a Frim 12 inch Chime Express Hybrid innerspring Mattress. In the living room a Sleek Faux Leather Futon and a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV and free WiFi, so if you have Netflix , Hulu or Sling acct you can login your acct. Or you can Watch 100 + TV channels and movies for FREE on one of the apps, e.g. Pluto TV, Roku TV or Tubi TV. AC/Heater unit with remote control, Iron & Ironing Board provided.
The kitchen has been Exquisitely Remodeled with White New Cabinets & Mosaic tile backsplash, it also comes with all the appliances, e.g. Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator, Plates, Glasses, Cups, Utensils, Knives, Pots, Pans, Coffee Maker and Toaster to Name a Few. The unit also has a very sturdy and fashionable black dining room table with nice chairs, a great place to enjoy a dinner. And for the wine lovers, there are wine glasses to assist you on those relaxing nights and days.
Also, there's New tile flooring throughout the home. The comfortable & Cozy remodeled bathroom has clean and tidy fresh towels with Complimentary toiletries.
Also, this is a four unit property and everyone has their own private unit. On most occasions the other tenants are working during the day and therefore are rarely seen. It's a very relaxed complex.
There are many Mineral Water Resorts/Spas within blocks from our location. We are only a 10 to 25 Minute drive away from downtown Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage, La Quinta, Indio, Cathedral City and Joshua Tree just to name a few. You are in the Heart of the Coachella Valley!
Last but not least, there's a Nice BBQ and Lounging area out back. This unit has everything you would need for a Long Term or Short Term Stay.

Summary: We enjoyed this lovely, spotless and comfy apartment in Desert Hot Springs, CA. Located on a quiet and safe residential street this space had much to offer - all the necessities to prepare meals onsite (great gas stove), close to one of the most stunning places on the continent, Joshua Tree National Park, and close to all the restaurants and shops in Palm Springs. We look forward to staying again for a longer period of time!
