One level living first floor unit with king sized bed in master bedroom and private bath. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds with its own entrance to 2nd bathroom.Portacrib and high chair seat are available If needed. Handicap accessible except bathtubs but handle is available for bathtubs. Living room has queen sized sofa bed. There is a large eat in kitchen with additional seating at bar. The kitchen is well equipped for the cooks in the family with a well stocked pantry. Enjoy a drink on the back screened porch while watching the beautiful sunset. If sun gets too hot or bright lower the sunshade.
Bethany Bay is a beautiful, peaceful and family oriented community. There are many amenities available for everyone's enjoyment which includes a 9 hole golf course for a green fee, tennis/ pickle ball court, volleyball court, basketball court, large pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, playground and boat ramp. Enjoy walks along the many nature trails that are marked on this 420 acre haven and fishing is allowed ( no license required)in the beautiful ponds at the front of the property. Easy access to the bay (there is a boat ramp)if you enjoy kayaking. Beaches are close by about 15 minutes away, many restaurants and outlets shopping for the shoppers in the family with no sales tax.

There is a garage located directly across from the condo with 4 beach bikes, foosball game, gas grill, 2 umbrellas, 14 beach chairs, beach toys, beach buggy and 3 coolers for use. Also in the garage are 2 pickle ball rackets, 2 tennis rackets, a basketball, soccer ball, volleyball for your enjoyment.
Included in your rental fee is the use of the towels, beach towels, sheets, dish towels and dish cloths. All paper products are provided for no extra fee. That includes paper towels, napkins, paper plates, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods and hand soap.
And of course no extra fees only pet fee and VRBO fee. There is no fee charged for cleaning so no surprises when booking. All things necessary to make your vacation wonderful minus the stress over the little things.
