Summary: Understood coms from owner re lawns not being done. But this has not been upkept, Tree down in backyard was not a new thing as explained by owner to be recent. Paint on walls was flaking. presentation was not what i was expecting as the outside of the house needed maintenance. Coffee machine but no milk. should have been warned need to go to the shops prior to arrival. Just a lot of little things that should be addressed attention to detail and maintain the property and it will be a great asset.
