Positive: Exceptional stay in the heart of Pingyao Our stay at the Yide Hotel was outstanding in every aspect. The location is simply perfect—right inside the ancient city, making it easy to explore Pingyao on foot while still enjoying a quiet and authentic atmosphere. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, always ready to help with a smile and making us feel at home from the very first moment. Cleanliness deserves special mention: the room and all common areas were spotless, maintained to an exceptionally high standard that exceeded our expectations. A beautiful traditional setting, impeccable hygiene, and warm hospitality make the Yide Hotel an excellent choice. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pingyao—we would gladly stay here again.
