Newly renovated 3BR/3BA (3 King beds) mountain home on top of beech mountain. Year-round mountain view and close to local attractions, walkable to Golf course, and 5 mins driving to ski slope. Down the hill, various outdoor activities such as UTV tour, River Fall, winery and savory restaurants are nearby. Prefect for any gateway in all seasons.

Layout and amenities:
- 3 Bedrooms and 3 full bath. There is a one bedroom and one full bath on the entry level and the other 2 bedrooms and 2 full bath on the lower level. 3 King beds and 1 twin sized folding bed. Fits up to total 6 adults and 1 kid. Perfect for couples or friends & family retreat.
- 1st bedroom with a King bed and one full bath on entry level.
- 2nd bedroom is a master suite with King bed and a full bath with stand shower on lower level. 3rd bedrooms with King beds and 1 full bath on the lower level.
- 42" Roku smart TV with airplay is installed in all bedrooms. Just bring your own password to login to the TV and enjoy your favorite TV program.
- Spacious living and dining room on entry level featured a 55" Roku smart TV, fireplace, a 32" game table, and various board games. Great for making bonding with Friends and Family.
- Counter Height dining table
- Fully equipped open kitchen with lots of space. Granite countertop with a bar table and stools for additional seats
- Enter the serene deck from the living room to enjoy the year round scenic mountain view. Charcoal BBQ grill and a bistro set are perfect for summer use.
- Paved main road access up to the gravel parking lot. Few steps on the walkway and lead to the front door.
- Gravel parking lot that fits 2 full size SUV or pickup truck easily. Please do not park on the main road. The town is strict on this.
- Fiber optic high speed WIFI in the house is capable of handing video conference and online gaming. A work station is provided in case you need a remote work.
- Washer and dryer located in the closet on lower level in the 4th bedroom.

- In winter, AWD/4WD vehicles &/or snow chains are strongly recommended to navigate Beech mountain. It is required in inclement weather to navigate Beech mountain.
- Last but not least, our house is your house. Please treat our home as if it were your own.
- You are in nature environment and experience mountain life so you may come across bears, dears, turkeys, bugs, and other critters. Pls respect their space and do not disturb or feed them. Regular pest maintenance cannot eliminate them as Beech mountain is their home. Please DO NOT leave food in cars and be sure to keep windows and car doors locked.
- The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal items or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
