Welcome to Pocono Fun Place! The house could accommodate up to 10 adults and 4 kids age under 12 years old.
Disclaimers:
- Linen fees can be waved if bringing your linens and towels. Please notify us.
- Outdoor sauna for additional fees only. Please contact the owner before booking to discuss fees. $350 one day use; $500 for weekend. Fees for use during weekly/monthly stays are subject of negotiation.
- Administrative fees - fees for registration in secured gated community (HOA fees). Responsible renter to provide a copy of governmental ID and list of all guests traveling with him/her for mandatory community office registration purposes.
- Check-in later (~5-6pm) and Check-out time earlier (9-10am) during major holidays and summer time to ensure proper cleaning protocols. Usual check in time 3-4pm and check out 12pm.
With having 5 very active kids on our own, the house is true family oriented, welcoming, cozy and bright, has inviting living room with a propane fireplace, two comfy sleeping sofas and armchairs, large dining table that could be extended up to 14 people for celebrations. New addition of a kids play room will give parents time for themselves. Built in 2020 12'x24' covered deck with 12'x12' not covered extension added in 2021 will give you enjoyable time outside regardless of the weather in combination with a grill and fire-pit, makes it perfect for outside time together. All appliances and second bedroom were upgraded in 2020/2021. Bedrooms have comfortable beds. What kid does not like to sleep on a bunk-bed :)?! Our house is equipped two baby gates on first and second floor keeping families with small kids in mind. Enjoy grilling, birds watching and relaxing outside.
House located in the secured/gated community with 2 swimming lakes, 3 fishing lakes, 2 outside swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts and a lot of play grounds. Close to major Pocono attractions: Hickory Park and Hawk waterfalls are 15 minutes drive. Amish market is opened on Saturdays and Sundays within 10 minutes drive. Local farms are 10 minutes drive. Ski areas Big Boulder and Jack Frost 15 and 20 minutes correspondingly. Camelback outlet mall and mountains 25 minutes drive. Blue Mountain around 35 minutes away. Famous Jim Thorpe is 20 minutes away. Split Rock waterpark just 20 minutes away and Kalahari waterpark ~30 minutes away. Very convenient location to all major roots and bus stops.

Summary: Thank you Andrey for always being available and answering all the questions. The house is great - we all enjoyed staying in it. Very conveniently located within walking distance from two lakes, very quiet, rooms can fit many people, towels and sheets are awesome and in general the energy in the house is amazing. WE particularly enjoyed the sauna and outside grill capacities. Highly recommend to anyone considering.
