Need a break from the snow and the freezing temperatures? Come thaw out in sunny Phoenix, Arizona! Fully stocked 656 sqft condo in a peaceful gated community near all that Phoenix has to offer. This home has everything you need for an enjoyable long term stay or short term stay. Foodies dream because of it's central location in the heart of Phoenix near several award winning restaurants. Quiet condo community that can sleep up to 4 people. Professionally decorated downstairs unit has no stairs. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and one full bathroom with a shower, bathtub and bidet. Couch in the living room has a queen hide-a-bed. Two 50" Smart TVs with YouTube TV and Netflix, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Black out curtains on the bedroom window and a sound machine for a good night's sleep. New Nespresso machine for an amazing cup of morning coffee. Regular coffee maker available as well. Awesome location in the Arcadia Lite district near Arcadia, Biltmore and Scottsdale. Love to hike? Camelback Mountain and Piestewa Peak are nearby. Love to golf? There are also several golf courses in the area. Community pool and BBQ available (Community pool is NOT heated). Convenient In-unit washer and dryer. One assigned covered parking space that is approximately 50 feet away from the condo and additional free street parking as well. Well behaved pets welcome and stay for free. Three minute walk from the dog park. Several grocery stores to choose from nearby to include Sprouts, Fry's, Safeway, AJs, Walmart, Costco, Whole Foods and El Super.
