Newly renovated bathroom and kitchen with a designer bertazoni induction range. Brand new traeger grill on deck. Cozy and stylish decor. Comfortable deck and firepit. 700 feet of private beach. 2 bedrooms on main floor with queen beds. One king bed on top floor accessed by spiral staircase. Pet friendly.

One large bedroom with king bed on top floor accessible with spiral staircase that may not be appropriate for guests with mobility issues or small children. Large garage with extra refrigerator and washer and dryer. As well as room for kayaks, bikes, or other toys guests may bring.

I am an experienced host in Seattle. This is a new project and a new location for me and my family. I have fallen in love with the property and it is magical. There are birds, snakes, frogs, butterflies, otters, seals, just everywhere. It is quiet and secluded and we love it. It is an old house and we have cleaned it up but it is not new construction. There will be quirks. Although I am a very experienced host, I do not micromanage guests and am relatively hands off unless needed. I live in Seattle and expect guest to be somewhat self sufficient.
