THE VERNON - Recently remodeled with contemporary finishes. Gym & game room!! Near the Old Town Scottsdale, top rated restaurants, entertainment, nightlife, shopping, golf, hiking, casinos, and spring training baseball. Relax inside the open and inviting living room. Home features brand new furniture.
Venture outside for BBQ, games, pool, gas fire place, loungers, gym, corn hole, etc. Slide into the game room garage and play classic arcade games, basketball for 2, or get a nice workout.
The space
Home was completely remodeled in 2021 and is ready for you to come and make vacation memories in Scottsdale. Open concept floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. Lounge on the couch for movie night or play some tunes on the acoustic guitar around the fire pit. Home has everything that you need to come and enjoy all that Arizona has to offer. Backyard oasis with optional heated pool, fire pit, and covered patio. Garage is setup with many game options for the family and some exercise equipment if your looking to get a sweat in on vacation. Private bedrooms with top of the line beds and bedding. Comfort at every turn.
Guests have the entire home to themselves and there is no shared spaces.
House Rules
NO LOUD PARTIES WILL BE TOLERATED HERE. Quiet residential neighborhood with. You are welcome to have fun here but we expect all of our guests to be respectful.
Booking party must be at least 25 years of age.
No smoking. Any smoking will result in $500 fine.
Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day $350 per week. Must give 72 advance notice of desire to heat the pool.

IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 authorizes HOA's and cities to require occupant information including contact data, and vehicle data. An online portal has been established to make the process of providing the required information easy and to take very little time.
* Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.
(a) Time Change Policy: All requests for early arrival and/or late departure must be requested in advance and may not be possible based on the home’s cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy requirements and schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text for updated information on the day of your arrival for early arrival request updates, and the day before your departure to get late departure request updates.
(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. The host reserves the right to cancel your booking if anyone in your group violates the established Health, Safety, and Security protocols by arriving to the property before receiving full authorization to occupy the property.
