Our home is perfect for one to two couples, a family with 2-3 children, parents touring CU with their high school students, or a remote working professional couple.
The first floor living area features modern farm house decor with white shiplap walls, sliding black barn doors, open concept living and kitchen with 10 ft high ceilings, and a sectional sofa for relaxing with a large flatscreen tv.
For those who enjoy cooking or entertaining with friends and family at home, our kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials for cooking and dining, all new appliances, and Keurig coffee maker.
Enjoy privacy and space from family or friends with one bedroom and one full bathroom on each floor, queen beds, and 10 ft high ceilings. The second floor bedroom has a soaring cathedral ceiling with a private balcony and amazing sunlight all day. Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Peter’s home in Boulder. It is very clean and recently refreshed and Peter was exceptionally accommodating and kind to my son Sean and I while touring the university. It is a close walk to school and Pearl Street and I would highly recommend Peter’s beautiful home to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Boulder.
