Positive: beautiful detached villa with a fantastic view. Contained everything you need. Extremely clean - we were there for 2 weeks and the mid clean was great. Beds comfortable, towels for showering and pool provided. A safe is also grat to have. Communication with property management very good and quick to respond. Welcome pack much appreciated. Constant hot water and aircon in the bedrooms provided heat when it got a bit chilly at night. Tias is a lovely area and with a car is not far from the tourist areas, if you wish to go there.
Negative: Disappointed with the cost to heat the pool which is 150 euros per week. We have been going to Lanzarote for many years, staying in villas and have never paid anywhere near this price. Half of the pool is in the shade most of the day so i would guess heating is needed. unfortunately the weather the first week we were there wasnt the usual lanzarote standard - not obviously under anyones control but having paid 150 euros to heat the pool, we didnt get much( use of it. Given the unpredictable weather, we heated the pool for one week only, the second week the weather was a little better but the pool was too cold to use. No aircon in the living room area therefore did get a little cool at night. Small suggestions - A long length mirror would be advantageous and a unit to put toiletries in the bathroom would be helpful. Also a more powerful hairdryer would also be welcomed as trying to manage drying long hair while keeping your thumb on the power was tricky and as not very powerful wasnt great.
Summary: Beautul well equipped villa in Tias with great view. Nice pool but cost charged to heat should be reconsidered
