Summary: We had a great time this summer thanks to Karen and Liron. The house was clean, well kept and had a gracious layout. The house was well stocked with linens, beach and pool towels and kitchen tools. The house has a massive basement loaded with toys and games. The kids in our family were in heaven. The pool is large and well maintained. The house is tucked off Hands Creek Road which can be a bit busy but we did not hear any traffic noise other than the occasional heavy truck or loud motorcycle. It is short 5-10 minute drive to anywhere in East Hampton Village, including the ocean beach. The bay beach is about 5 minutes down the road or 10 minutes if you are going to Sammy's or Maidstone. Karen and Liron were always responsive to any questions and were a joy to rent from. We would definitely recommend this rental to friends.
