Summary: Overall, stay was ok. Loft was clean though it did not feel it because the floor in kitchen is very old and looks dirty (though I don't think it was, just wear and tear). Smelled like coffee from coffee shop below, which serves great coffee. We walked around neighborhood which feels like it is on the edge of Germantown. - there are people making investments but it is still transitional. Would not have felt comfortable staying there alone as a single woman.
