- 750 sq ft space provides ample space for a 3-4 people stay in the 1bedroom apartment. There is an extra air mattress ready to be tossed for any extra guests.
- The ground floor location provides the apartment with utmost ease to access. Even with many suitcases loaded, you can easily access the apartment with free parking right in front.
- The apartments is fully loaded with all required amenities.
Washer & Dryer are available inside the unit. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and baking oven are all provided.
- It space is also fully equipped with all entertainment - 56inch LED screen with home theatre music system. The place has wifi installed for all entertainment and office related work.
- I have personally decorated the space with posters that always remind you of your favorite vacations spots.
The guests can access the main door right once parked outside the apartment. There is balcony located which gives a great view of the small garden and backside of the space.
I would be available to greet the guest during the check in and check out. And would be always available over call or text.
Please adhere to basic guests rules.
- Throw trash before you leave.
- Keep volume low after 10PM.
- Close all electrical equipments when not in use, and before leaving.
- Any other spill and stain marks on bed, sofa, walls will be chargeable upto $200 depending on the condition.
