Inside you'll find a luxurious studio style apartment with a cozy living area with large TV, a queen sized bed with soft linens, as well as a stocked kitchenette and dining area. Floor to ceiling sliding doors open to a private and fully fenced yard with a turfed area, a firepit, and a basketball court - plus stairs to the rooftop patio! Black out curtains cover the large doors when not in use. The casita is on the same property as the main home but is separated by a tall fence and has separate gate entrance, to ensure privacy for our guests!
