Lower level is approximately 3000 sq ft. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dining room, full kitchen, laundry. Private entrance, access to pool, gazebo, covered porch, basketball hoop, fire pit, outdoor gas grill, pond on five acres. Night sky perfect for stargazing.
Minutes from Lake Fayetteville and Botanical Gardens. 3 miles to 40 mile Razorback Greenway bike/walking trail, 12 minutes to University of Arkansas. 30-45 minutes the Crystal Bridges, Devils Den, Eureka Springs. 1 hour from floating/hiking the Buffalo River
Outdoor (only) security cameras are placed in the following locations: facing driveway from west to east of garage, 1 at pool, 1 at barn door. All are to mitigate trespassers when the home is empty and for theft, they are not monitored but do store recordings temporarily.

Summary: Beautiful home and property, lots of room for the 6 of us. Very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and slept very well. Enjoyed the pool and just relaxing. Host was very friendly and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We will stay here again, when we return back to Fayetteville. Marilyne- Osakis MN.
