Private entrance, kitchenette, low ceiling loft area for storage. Backyard (shared) with fire pit, BBQ, hot tub, pond & waterfall, washer/dryer. Available for use: 2 bikes, beach chairs, surfboard, bogie board, beach towels.

There is a queen size bed and a loveseat that can fold down for use as a bed for a child (not large enough for an adult).
