Only 10 minutes drive from Puerto Banús and Marbella, this villa with private pool, studio and home office, is a blissful place to spend a holiday. The house vibe is relaxed and private. It has stunning sea, mountain and lake views and a large decking area with barbeque and outside dining area. A great place for a family, or friends traveling together, to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The property has a traditional Spanish style, it is very open and light, with lots of privacy and tranquility.
The main house is light and bright and spacious. It has an open layout with large living room , open plan kitchen, dining area, 3 comfortable sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The living room has a plus sized sofa, wood fireplace and Smart TV.
From the living area and master bedroom you walk out to the pool and decking area.
Then there is the adorable guest studio flat, which is completely separate from the main house and you access from the shaded back garden. The studio has a double bed, a seating area that can convert to another bed, its own bathroom with shower and toilet, and the best views from its private terrace.
Beneath the studio, we have the home office. The office has high speed internet, a work station, sofa, satellite TV with movies and Sky sports. As it's away from the main house it is nice and quiet if you need to work during your stay
The house is setup for a fantastic vacation, it is in a quiet area and very private.
The house is within a community, with a large communal pool that you can enjoy as well as the private pool at the house. There is no noise or traffic. Peaceful and relaxing.
We strongly recommend having your own car to explore the area, but there is also a bus service. That will take you either 7 km up the road to the enchanting white village of Istan, or 7 km down the road to the glitzy beaches and shops Puerto Banus. Marbella is 7 km from the house.
Istan makes part of the Sierra De Las Nieves with extensive hike and bike trails for the more adventurous. In Istan there are a few lovely restaurants , little shops for daily necessities and a Saturday market for those who enjoy Spanish village life.
