This is an ideal house for entertaining with an open kitchen built for cooking but made for guests. Dining room, which seats 10 and kitchen both open up to front and rear covered porches. Kitchen island is perfect for informal entertaining. All new appliances in kitchen include Viking range and second oven along with built in refrigerator and beverage center. Kitchen has open views of pool and secluded back yard.
Enjoy our spacious and sunny updated home located in the heart of Southampton Village and within walking distance to renowned ocean beaches and quaint shops/restaurants. Set on a private corner lot 1 mile from Main Street, 1 mile from the ocean and south of the highway, this home gives you easy access to everything! House was completely renovated in 2007 so all modern amenities are available. Five bedrooms upstairs include the master bedroom, two guest bedrooms with full and a queen bed, and two bedrooms with a twin bed in each. A spacious TV/playroom is centrally located on the second floor.
Our large enclosed back yard and fully renovated (summer 2022), fenced in T-shaped pool area are perfect for family summer fun. Over-sized pool is surrounded by a large bluestone patio, fencing and beach grass for privacy.
