Very pleasant villa of 130 m2 with all mod cons, located in the typical village of Celle in Provence, between St-Maximin and Brignoles, on a fenced and wooded plot
of 2700 m2, in a quiet and peaceful residential area. Unobstructed view of the Var hills and the Sainte-Baume massif.
Garden with many flower beds, trees and shrubs (roses, olive trees, laurels, fig trees, medlar trees, etc.)
Private heated swimming pool not overlooked, secure, maintained, and pool house.
