Very spacious year round brand new cabin on Geat Sacandaga Lake. Sleeps 8 comfortably with 3 bedrooms and a loft. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms attached. Enjoy the hot tub year around along with a rare 150' private beach with dock and boat mooring for your own boat or rental. Marina with boat rentals only 2.5 miles away.
Perfect for one large family or two smaller individual families as each can have their own living space. One bedroom on main floor for easy access for parents or grandparents.

Minimal slope down into water (almost flat), no stairs to deal with.
Very gradual slope out to deeper water making it safe for little ones! NO QUICK DROP OFF IN DEPTH
Close to Saratoga Springs and World Class horse racing as well as Lake George for great day trips.
3 flat screen smart TV's and wifi
Great lake for fishing. Lake Sacandaga has less than half the boat traffic than neighboring Lake George. This makes it very safe for swimming off boats, water skiing, tubing, kayaking and paddle boarding. If you are considering bringing bicycles the road out in front of the house has a great relatively quiet and safe 5 mile loop.
Abundant winter activities for the winter months! 45 minutes to Gore Mountain, easy access from the property to miles of snowmobile trails and 15 minutes to Lapland lake cross country ski facility.
JULY AND AUGUST- for these months we do require a 7 night minimum unless otherwise negotiated. Shorter stay inquiries for these months are welcome but please note it is subject to owner approval based on current/future reservations.
