Luxury apartment. Located in a very quiet and exclusive area of Nerja with communal swimming pool.
Located just 2,2Km from the Balcón de Europa and 1,8Km from the award-winning Burriana Beach. Accomodation is east and west facing, with sun most of the day.
Modern and tastefully decorated, 130 m² accommodation, with large terraces. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, main bedroom east orientated, private patio access with sunbeds, dining area and en-suite bathroom, east orientated second twin bedroom and a second bathroom with shower, open kitchen and open plan living room. The living room and kitchen opens to the big west facing terrace with sun in two levels, big dining area in one with sunbeds and lounge area with afternoon sun and a huge parasol on the other level.
Facilities included: washing machine, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, air conditioning, community pool, television with international channels and free street parking nearby .
The open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people's houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants.
