Summary: Disappointing stay. No mention on site how steep the stairs are. My disabled daughter struggled to get up them. Whilst there is a downstairs bedroom, there isn't a downstairs bathroom so have to get upstairs. Staircarpet is dirty and stained. Bathroom is clean but woodwork hasnt seen a lick of paint for years. Tv requires access to your own accounts - no normal channels so couldn't even watch anything as passwords not brought with us. Could have been told this before we set off. Advertised as with parking, but then told that if an event on its residents parking only. No mention of there being a pass, where it is or if it means you can't park there as a holiday guest. Very ambiguous. Bed has to be the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. You feel every spring. Obviously not investing in quality matresses. Ok stay for what we needed but don't be rushing to book there again.
