Rental rates currently online are for the 2019 season until 4/01/2020. It is possible to rent the villa at any time of the year: spring, summer, autumn and winter during the holidays of February, Christmas, New Year, ...
Rentals for one, two or three weeks are priority. It is also possible to rent the villa for shorter periods such WE 2 days, 3 days, 4 days, etc ... We study any request.
We welcome each year 50% of our customers who reside in France and 50% of our customers who come from Europe Belgium, England, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, etc ...
Nestled in lush greenery in the renowned Corniche district, the villa "Ene Oïloha" with its typical Basque architecture Pyla accomodates you up to 11 people with its 5 rooms.
On a large plot of 1800 m2 with old pine trees and landscaped gardens, the villa has a large terrace and a large swimming pool 11 x 5 facing south, all in an environment of great quietude. New 2017/2018: heated pool.
In the morning you will be awakened to the sound of singing birds which can be seen in the trees or along the pool deck. And some days you see squirrels climbing up the pine trees.
The villa is located in a rare environment simultaneously 400 m from the beach (3-4 min walk), 600 m from a private access to the Dune du Pyla (6-7 min walk) and 500 m ( 5 mn walk) from the Corniche the most beautiful spot of the Pyla offering an exceptional view of the Arcachon basin, Banc d'Arguin, Cap Ferret and the ocean. Upon arrival at the villa we will make available a complete folder with brochures of all activities at Pyla and the Arcachon basin, tourist guides in the area, boat shuttles schedules Arcachon and Cap Ferret links, etc. ...
