On the ground floor you have a modern kitchen with open plan living area which leads out onto the private patio which boasts a peaceful outdoor seating for two and views of the beautiful communal garden where you can sit by the babbling brook under the willow tree. Indoors there is a cosy living room and lovely features including exposed stone, original beams, and a spiral staircase.
