This newly built two-bedroom townhouse was designed to provide the ultimate urban experience. Everything in the unit is brand new as of summer 2021. The space features hard wood floors throughout. A distinguished “best hipster neighborhood” by Forbes, you’ll love the eclecticism that oozes from North Park. It’s an extremely walkable place, encompassed with coffee shops and diners. Do you want to know where else you can walk to? Balboa Park and the World Famous San Diego Zoo.
San Diego’s large green space is full of lush landscaping and fun attractions. Whether it’s the art that catches your eye in the Ray Street Arts District or Juniper Canyon with its lovely urban hiking trail through fields of wildflowers, we think you’ll love your time in North Park! It’s where everyone wants to be.
