Located in the quiet and easily accessible Los Almendros community, surrounded by golf courses, and less than 15 minutes drive from the beach and 20 minutes from Puerto Banús. The apartment is very sizeable, offering guests plenty of space in 2 ensuite bedrooms spaced over 2 floors, extensive outdoor living areas (and roof top terrace), and beautiful views of the valley below and Mediterranean Sea beyond!

On the first floor guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, offering all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality holiday rental property, perfect for those guests that wish to cook and entertain while on their vacation. From the kitchen, guests can access a covered exterior breakfast area with plenty of storage. The living room is well furnished and presents guests a dining area with 6 seats, L-shaped sofa and armchairs facing a large smart TV (Netflix and Amazon Prime etc).
