The Space:
When you walk into this home, you'll first see a cozy living room with a comfortable couch, love seats, and a large T.V. The coffee table and T.V stand have a natural wood finish, which makes the space all the more homey. Relax with your group, binge-watch a show, or take a nap on the sofa. Welcome to your home away from home!
The living room then opens up to the kitchen and dining area, where you'll find a table with seating for four, naturally lit by the glass door to the patio. The spacious kitchen is equipped with upgraded appliances, dark wood cabinets, a large kitchen island, and a barn door for the pantry. This kitchen combines both rustic and modern features to make for a chic farmhouse-inspired space.
Next to the kitchen is a small and convenient half-bathroom with yellow accents, as well as the door to the garage.
Next to the stairs is a spacious storage closet. Up the wooden stairs, you'll find the bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a queen bed dressed in high-quality luxurious bedding, a dark wood dresser, and a large walk-in closet with built-in storage. The ensuite bathroom features a double sink vanity, a standing shower, and a generous bathtub. Spend the night decompressing with a glass of wine and a bath!
The second bedroom offers a futon, a desk ideal for remote working, and closet space. The third bedroom has a double bed, a large walk-in closet, and a T.V that rests atop a dark wood dresser. The second upstairs bathroom is clean, comfortable, and practical. With a shower/tub combo and a large vanity mirror, this bathroom can accommodate guests of all ages and needs.
Upstairs, you'll also find a washer/dryer and storage closet for your convenience.
Head back downstairs to check out the gorgeous outdoor space where you can enjoy the company of your group in the sunshine! With an outdoor grill, a huge grassy area, and an outdoor furniture set, you'll have plenty of options for how to enjoy a beautiful day.

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.
The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000

If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. If requested less than 24 hours in advance, a $25 surcharge fee is applied.
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.
Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.
Cleanliness:
This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.
Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Internet/Cable:
Tthe company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
Copyright Infringement:
Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.
Starter Supplies:
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items
