Summary: When I arrived at the hotel, the staff seemed very nonchalant and didn’t appear to care much about my stay or concerns. The Wi-Fi was also down during my visit, and when I spoke to one of the associates downstairs, she said she had no idea what was going on and that guests simply couldn’t use the hotel Wi-Fi at the time. On the positive side, the hotel is in a wonderful location. It’s within walking distance of a Starbucks, which was great for getting coffee in the morning. Unfortunately, there were a few other downsides. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, and the floors appeared very dirty, as if they had not been properly mopped or maintained.
