Stay in an established neighborhood close to shopping, Shasta Lake, and 2.2 miles to Bethrl church . 2 miles to I-5 . 1.8 miles to Raleys superstore. Private Master bedroom and bath , connected to a single-family residence some walls connect but no one has access to that space but the guest . Guest do not access the main part of the home . Double patio doors provide a separate entrance with queen size bed, updated tiled bathroom, large closet, desk and chair, dining table and two chairs, TV with Apps, microwave, and mini-fridge. WIFI
Private bathroom in the room. Parking on Driveway.

Sorry, no pets ( even special service dogs) no kids, no smoking.

Within 10 mins of Shasta Dam for a tour. Or an hour to the ski lifts.
