The Perfect Vineyard Vacation: This beautiful beachfront home is on the east side of Lagoon Pond, in the town of Oak Bluffs. A fantastic place to relax with its own beach, fabulous summer sunsets, water sports or get rejuvenated with the summer sun and fresh sea breezes. This home is perfect for either a romantic getaway or a family vacation. Enjoy dinner outside on the bluestone patio, or just take a few steps and you can picnic on the beach! The stunning views of sunsets, the ferries and wildlife on the Lagoon will take your breath away. Swimming, kayaking and sunbathing is right outside the door.
Main level of the house has a large living room in the front, a newly renovated kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, bar height seating, and walk in pantry, an open, spacious dining and living area, all that look out over your own private beach and has French doors that take you out to the patio. The main level also has the laundry and half bath. Upstairs you will find the large master bedroom with a newly renovated private bathroom, a queen bed, a sitting area, and French doors opening to mahogany porch, all overlooking the beach, ocean and all the way to the mainland. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed nestled into a built-in headboard. Step up to Bedroom 3 through a modern pocket door with stainless steel hardware; it is large (24ft x 13 ft) with a Queen bed and two single beds, great for all the kids or as another private master bedroom. The newly added second guest bath has great natural light, tub shower enclosure, single sink vanity with natural stone counter.
